Great Doctors and Staff. If you're in need of a good no correction a DAMN GOOD vets office bring your furbabies in to see the Docs. They're always very cordial and polite and will do what's needed and not nickel and dime you by no means. We have used them for several years and theyve always been very helpful with our pets needs PLUS our pups love seeing them and the staff. So again need a very good vets office give them a try.

Dr. Brent and everyone at North Airline are absolutely amazing & the best vet office around. After a very scary emergency visit to Valor for what seemed like breathing issues, my dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and an enlarged heart. I was given the option of treatment or putting her down, but was told that the treatment probably wouldn’t work because her heart was the “biggest they had ever seen” and that she was suffering. I choose the treatment route & hoped she would make it thru the weekend so I could get her to Dr. Brent and get a second opinion. I called North Airline first thing Monday morning and was in by that afternoon. He was amazed at how well she was doing with the new meds and we scheduled a follow up for the next week. During that follow up, I had him check out a bump on her belly that I had noticed. He told me he was for sure concerned but gave me the option to test it, which I opted to do so, so him and the vet tech did a needle test right there in the room. Less than 24 hours later Dr. Brent himself calls me and tells me it’s cancer and he would recommend having it removed. Of course with her breathing issues & new diagnoses of congestive heart failure, I was a nervous wreck but he walked me thru the process and ensured me of all the extra precautions that would be taken bc of her diagnosis. Booked surgery for the next week. Took her in at 7:45AM on surgery day and by 9:30AM, Dr. Brent himself calls and to let me know she did great & was breathing well and he thinks he got it all. Fast forward to a week later & I get the phone call (again, from Dr. Brent HIMSELF) that he did indeed get it all and that she is all clear. She had her stitches removed a week later and he got down on the floor while I held her and never asked me to move her, he just did whatever made my dog (and me) most comfortable. We will now have follow ups every 3 months for the CHF to monitor her and there’s no other vet I would rather take her to. Dr. Brent, and all of the staff, not only cares about your pets but you are their human and they recognize that in tough times like this, you need support just as much as your pet does. I recommend this vet to anyone who loves and cares about their pets and their care!!

Virtually EVERYONE who is part of the team from the front desk to the techs to all the vets are terrific. I love going there and so do all four of my kitties (except for the carrier part) I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!!
